Steven Eliud Mlolo, a dedicated social worker. His passion lies in supporting individuals, families, and communities to enhance their well-being and achieve their full potential. He has work in various settings, including schools, hospitals, and community organizations, providing critical resources, counseling, and advocacy. My goal is to create a positive impact and foster a more inclusive and equitable society.

It involves the application of social theory and research methods to solve social problems and improve lives. Social workers engage with diverse populations to provide support, advocacy, and resources, addressing issues such as mental health, poverty, abuse, and inequality. Through counseling, case management, and community organizing, social work aims to foster resilient, inclusive, and thriving communities.

Steven is proud to be one of the founders of the Tanzania Health Community Development Initiatives and also training as to be a treasurer in the organization (THCDI). As a social worker, his deeply committed to our mission of improving health outcomes and fostering sustainable development within communities. Under the guidance of THCDI’s constitution, His is working diligently to fulfill our vision of a healthier, more equitable society. Our initiatives focus on providing essential health services, promoting education, and empowering communities through various development projects.
